I was surprised to find out how friendly and helpful the people here are. At Switch retail centres, the employees were quite snobbish, but not here.

Not friendly and entertain people like they own the service centre.Promise 7-10days to fix my iphone.End up more then 10 days.If i dnt call to follow up i dnt when they going to start check my phone.

The employees gave misleading information and were slow with their service. At first they told me my mac will take 3 days for fixing, which then turned into 7 days. I ended up leaving without it fixed

Useless service centre ! Staff are fucking idiot. I just need an 5s LCD screen repair and they told me they need what special tools that only have one in asia. So they ask me to bought a new one.Idiot!
