Stay away from this store they find ways to charge you more than you want to pay....go to a retailer or do it all online through the Verizon website and save yourself some time and money. What a joke
I only go here for the payment kiosk. Customer service sucks. Spent ten minutes waiting to ask a ?, I approached 2 employees standing around. Both ignored me. Will go online from now on.
