If you are looking for agates this is not the place to do it UNLESS there there has been a storm the previous day. Nice place for dunes though.
Best time to find agates is at low tide in the winter. Bit of a hike to the water from the road !
Very pretty! Asthma friendly ! Usually not smoky here! We need an asthma freindly guide!
If it's windy....skip it unless you like eating sand.
It's pretty. Too cold and windy always tho.
Take a night beach stroll!
Take the tunnel under the road .
Great park for bikes. Easy bike ride to the aquarium or rogue brewery. If you want to ride over the bridge you can get to the bayfront and more fun. - Steve B
Beautiful beach. Lots of ships, bars and restaurants. Can be windy here so bring a hoodie, blanket and beanie. Lots to see and do in NYE Beach. - Darkest Hour Apparel
Restaurant is cozy with view of marina. A great place to linger with friends or on a rainy day. - Sarah Greene
Stopped here on a whim as we drove up the Oregon coast. Well worth your time. Tidal pools to explore, gorgeous scenery and great views of a variety of wildlife, from birds to seals. - Rachel Coker
