A balance between spices and sourness.. A must try.. Definitely the best local "asam pedas red snapper " i've ever taste... The fish cooked to perfection..
The Asam pedas ikan merah is awesome. The fish are fresh. Trust me I love spicy food and can withstand it but this dish make me sweat and cry. Just be careful. LOL
Asam Pedas here really good. Serve freshy. I came from JB town just to taste this amazing food. Full house at peek hour.

Personally, it would be great if the assam taste is added more. Nevertheless, the fish meat is so tender and smooth.
