This is my favorite property in the US and if can be a tad pricey on weekends but worth it for a weekend trip. Very convenient access to the L and Amtrak Station and Michigan Ave . and Wonderful rooms!

Excellent hotel . Better than a Westin, nicer towels, better rooms, Bose home theater in rooms. When I complemented them on the apples in the gym they sent me a fruit basket.

Super centric location !! Great city views . Rooms are comfortable and clean . They have a Bose sound system in each room, very nice! Perfect for business trips or vacation.

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is so nice and helpful. The room is spacious and beautiful. The bed is soft. Great location.

Make sure you book a room online even if for that night as the rate at check-in is usually $150 more without a reservation . Use the App to make a reservation easily xx

All hotel room prices are astronomical, but the staff and service are worth it... the basic rooms are modern, but nothing special + the suites, though, are very spacious (esp with a balcony )!!!

Nice hotel . Beautiful contemporary rooms that have been updated. Check out the 5th floor terrace for a great view of the city .

One of the few hotels that welcomes dogs . Echo Limousine (773-774-1074) also welcomes dogs , and is the only car service I found that does not charge extra for dogs. Reasonable rates , $60 from O'Hare.

If you do self parking you only have 24 to exist the garage before they start charging you per house because the garage is operated my a third party.

The only luxury you get at this hotel is superficial. It’s very pretentious but does not deliver the service you expect at this level. Would never stay in again.

Sleep menu with h20 products and pillows is a must! Free Internet and huge baths!

Don't stay in the rooms on level 5. Smells from food cooking in the restaurant waft into the rooms and you can't open the windows to get rid of the smells

Was supposed to have a room with a king bed, instead got a room with a full size (not even a queen). Their attempt to make up for it was free breakfast . No thanks, won't ever be back.

When you're in Chicago make sure you stay at the Conrad!

Make sure to get a room with a seperate tub and shower .

The location is terrific, but no in-room coffee service and no in-room microwave are strong negatives for me.
