You have to wait for 2 to 3 hours before you get checked even if there are only few customers. The staff is incompetent and needs to learn what customer service is.

Dentist Portia Deliarte- it is UNPROFESSIONAL to say "eiw eiw" while your checking your patients teeth/mouth.

You have to have patience. At times, it will really take a long time befre a dctor attnds to you. Uve waited 2 hrs.. It kinda scks.;(

bring valid id if you are getting physical done for preemployment

I think they should have a different numbering set-up, which should cater which cases are easily processed and which aren't and not to have people passing specimen wait for more than an hour.

Don't go there@ lunch time...doctors also having their lunch.be back around 1:30pm.

Be early and follow up your papers so that you'll not wait for a long time. .

Check first if there are any available doctors for a check-up. We had to wait more than an hour for the doctors to arrive after their opening.

I was talking to staff about my concerns. I thought he was processing my request. He logged off and left the clinic without passing my concerns to the other staff . What a waste of time!

You have to pay 100php for a Medical Certificate. Pfft.

Naghuwat kag 1 hour para sa OBgyne para lang jud mkacomply sa Annual Checkup sa imo company, unya ang mu.attend nimo ky General Practitioner ra diay nga wai ayo na murag gipraktisan lang ka. Wlay OB!

Their radiologists and equipment mga bulok! Sugod na xray anha pa ka ingnon ginhawag lawm or at the same time. Ang ending, repeat xray.

Poorest service ever. Ayaw mo pa check-up dinhe. Mga doctors mismo way batasan. Just saying.
