Lotte Mart is conveniently located near the hotel . Guests of Grand Whiz have exclusive access to Lotte Mart near the hotel lobby.

Clean and neat. Unfortunately the lifts available are not sufficient to accommodate the guests and so small that guests have to wait whole day in front of the lifts.

There are two Whiz Hotels in the neighborhood , I prefer the other one, Whiz Prime

Good ambiance, but the elevator too slow to respond

The aircon didn't work well and kept turning off. Woke up every hour from sweat to turn on the A/C. Also a light that couldn't be turned off, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk

Check in time 14:00. Until 15:00 the room still not ready! And the excuse was because they are fully booked . Meh..

Breakfast 1 Jan 2014,...resto kewalahan & tidak sebanding dg jumlah tamu yang ada, waitersnya cuma 2 orang untuk beres2 meja...payah nich manajemen hotelnya

Breakfastnya endol dan lumayan bebas. Swimming poolya ga dalem jadi berbahagialah buat yg ga bisa renang lol

Anda harus banyak berbenah, uda lokasi nyempil, kamar minus, lift bolak balik macet, makanan minus, kolam renang asal ada. Maaf, tapi itu yg saya rasakan selama seminggu disini

Parking area for me lil bit spooky. kunci balkon rusak. dipanggilnya lama . buuuttt internet via lan lumayan kenceng

Ballroomnya agak kecil, lift nya juga lama
