The wifi system really sucks. It feels like it was designed by the KGB during the Cold War. Never seen anything so Byzantine and user-unfriendly.
Some comments from my girlfriend's parents: one and a half hour wait at check-in, only one bell boy for the whole hotel , not enough bathroom amenities , waiters get orders mixed up. 4 stars!

Massive let down. Left over food from lunch is used at dinner and then again at lunch . No good your allergic to anything as no notice if contains nuts . Claims to be 5* I'm yet to see it

Hotel espectacular. Cuidadosa atención a los detalles: Zumo natural y cava en el buffet , juguetes en la piscina infantil, personal amabilísimo, spa espectacular, wifi gratis ... Sin duda repetimos!!!
Sin duda está a la altura de su categoría con un gran trato y amabilidad excelente. Un hotel ideal para el descanso con grandes servicios.

Mágico lugar con atardeceres de infarto. Para el relax y disfrute lo mejor de lo mejor.
Muy justito y LE SOBRA UNA ESTRELLA. Cena regular, espectáculos muy pobres, para alemanes. Le libra el entorno y a lo que se viene: paz y calma . Playa y supermercado a 100m. Piscinas geniales.
Lo mejor las piscinas y el zumo natural en el desayuno , asi como la tranquilidad y el wifi gratis :-)
