The Red Spider is an absolutely fantastic blend of tastes and textures: salmon , scallop , cucumber , avocado , soft shell crab , topped with spicy tuna . I personally substitute the tuna for salmon !

I have seen the kitchen in this place and helped them out in the bar a few times, lets just put it this way; I couldn't find any cleaner anywhere so u can imagine how sanitary this place is. Gross.
