This comes by my daily route to the office for years now. Heavy traffic bet 1-3 pm. They're currntly xpanding the road near the area, so it shd b bettr soon. Mnwhile, avoid the hours I just mentioned.

Incase of earthquake, comfort room is the best place to secure yourself...

Maybe they have improved their welcoming services. One really needs to upgrade all the time the security services because they are the front lines/the first impressions.
