Did they forget to put air-conditioning in this place? I nearly passed out in the cramped fitting room . Other than that, I love their clothes :-)

I love Zara, but everything I picked up at this particular store was damaged (rips in the seams, etc.)! Not sure if it's this store, or if the quality is just not what it used to be...

Their sales associates (aka cashiers ) are super slow. Expect lines during checkout most of the time.

Horrible customer service and the quality is degraded so bad of the clothes . The jackets don’t last you more than 3 months. They start shredding! Waste of money!
