sushi looks substandard, especially the rice which is super out of shape

One of the worst sushi I have ever eaten. Rice served together with the sushi was hard & feels like it has been refrigerated before serving. Totally not fresh. Preferred the old outlet upstairs.
Their price is relatively cheap and affordable . The quality of the food isn't too bad as well
