The top floor is crowded because the elevator goes directly to the top. Walk up to the middle floors. Similar views , less crowded

Die tolle Aussicht ist das weite Laufen vom West Lake bis hinauf die Treppen des Pagoda wirklich wert. Besonders an heißen Sommertagen tut die Luft oben sehr gut.
