Been here twice, staff is superb. Have a decent attitude, understand the DMV is necessarily a place of process and waiting, and they will make your experience as painless as they possibly can.

Bringing children? Please pack a backpack of activities and games that can be plugged into kids' headphones. People are concentrating on written tests inside and can't wear earbuds. Thanks!

My experience was SMOOTH! I made an appt. walked up to the appt. line , compared to the LONG non appt. line . This place is PACKED! DMV on Martinvale is less crowded . Making an appt. is the way to go!!

This place isn’t as nearly busy as the Santa Clara location. Appointment was made within a week and I was in and out!

Definitely get an appointment & pay attention to your number being called since the volume is really low when they call your number.

Employees are very friendly and have a great sense of humor, which really takes the edge off of stressful visits.

Didn't have appt. Went to the head of the line since it was only for registration. Smile and be nice. Person helping me was pleasant and helpful.

Appointment is a must. Ignore the "Appointment Line Begins Here" sign, just stand in the "One Line " line . Get glasses with no lenses for your photo or else you'll get flash glare.
