A lot of the shops are empty. It's a who's who of 2012/2013 retail insolvencies; Martin Dawes, Jessops, JJB Sports and even Borders Books .
My tip is to not go there, they have engaged ParkWatch to mann the car park ..no signs but literally tens of cars fined today for parking just on the white lines or just over it...no signs DISGUSTING!

It's painful getting out of the car park at closing time, also avoid on days when Preston North End are playing at home.

Get out of town shopping development although parking difficult at weekends. Got a Prezzo & Waitrose, GAP outlet, TK Maxx, Next, Boots, Homesense & Tesco Home store amongst others - Phat Buoy
