This hotel is great, the spa is amazing! The heated outdoor pool is nice when it's cold outside, & it's less busy than Thermae Bath Spa . The restaurant food was good, though a little too salty for me.

Lovely hotel . They don't do justice to the Spa on their website - there's a sauna , steam room , ice room, infra red, jacuzzi and indoor/outdoor pools. The bathroom in our room was beautiful.

Spa is fantastic. Food in restaurant is amazing. Location not too far from city ; close to Jane Austen house. Rooms bit cold :(

The outside pool in the spa is superb! Nice and hot 

The hotel was dishonest and cheated. The final price of the coke charged for the room service was 10% higher and the bottle size was 40% smaller than what was stated in the menu in the room.

Don't complain about the parking , it is not the staff that charge us and they are still the cheapest in bath by far!!

On a weekday ask for an upgrade to a 4 poster bedroom if they don't offer

Very very slow reception - we waited nearly 30 mins every time we needed to speak to anyone. Hotel is very dated and requires renovation.
