Good selection of books , mostly upstairs . Starbucks is upstairs as well . Main floor is mostly home decor and gift items .

Check out the HUGE 'Romance' section and try to find the most ridiculous, absurd titles you can and laugh your ass off about the fact that people read that crap. It's super entertaining!

This is my favourite Chapters. It doesn't follow the typical big box layout. It's nice and cozy .

They have excellent staff here who are willing to be very helpful. Also, their products are first-rate.

Magazine aisle is confusing. Photo mags on one side, then you have to walk to another aisle for design aisle. Then another aisle for computers. Cmon chapters, make your aisles base on relevance!

Most of the selection is located upstairs , and they have a decent selection for humanities students looking for non-fiction sources.

They have a lot of music books !

If you don't like privacy, use their bathrooms . They don't allow the main doors to close. :\
