The guesthouse rooms and spacious ( even the bathrooms !) the view of the glacier , mountains at a distance and farms on either side is amazing. Great for a stopover on the road trip + Good ice cream !
Don't be afraid to enter the hotel 's reception when you are looking for ice cream . Dandelion and licorice flavors worth to try!

Great location, OK room, nice breakfast , mediocre dinner , very expensive .
Don't eat a meal here. Our char was overdone and the veggies were bland. Expensive too at 4950 ISK (per person). Ice cream was good though.
Modernes guesthouse. Leider sehr hellhörig und nur sporadisch ausgestattet (zb nur 1 Sessel im deluxe Zimmer). Frühstück ist gut. - Alex P

Gorgeos location with floating glaciers and seals. You have to feel that during sunset, it's simply epic place. Very good spot for photo as well. - Milan Dufek
