Except the unique balcony view , nothing worth to try! Poor service, untrained staff , time limitation for terrace seats !! The second time we visit they said we can't serve hot beverages today!

Although I acknowledge its unique view of Tehran and the internal decoration, the service is not acceptable, and staffs seem to be not trained . Quality of drinks was acceptable, and prices were high.

The view is awesome if you seat outside .Its for thé Espinas hotel so, its expensive .But I recommend it for tea and dessert in a snowy night(or at least a clean weather to see the lights of the city ????)

alfredo pasta and cesar salad that it wasnt tasty, pasta tastes nothing , and cesar salad without any souce. But the place is very beautifull good view of tehran it has, low quality of services.

The place and scenery on top of the hotel are awesome; good menu and a separate part for hookah and smoking. Now just open after 7 pm to early morning, and Fridays' brunch session opening at 11 am.

Below average food and mediocre service was not worth the food poisoning that a few of us got the same night.

Delicious oyster linguini dish; but the joy cooled off by three sharp pieces of a broken shell in the plate! Waiter excused as the main chef seemingly wasn't there, and a trainee had made some gaffes!

Staff are rude and they don’t know how to interact with guests wich is awful for a 5 star hotel ! Food quality is average and the toilets were very dirty . Nothing special except ambiance an decoration.

The view of Tehran is perfect here.

They claim to have the best brunch buffet in town , but honestly they don’t. There are some poor breakfast options . plus they have sushi bar but each person can only have 4 prices( half a roll)!

It was awful.Despite a lot of ads for a great sightseeing ,it was impossible to use the balcony only if you have dinner indoors.The quality of food was ordinary and the prices were too high.

از نظر سرويس ، دكوراسيون و ويو به خاطر طبقه ٢١ هتل خيلي خوبه ولي متاسفانه از نظر طعم و كيفيت غذايي حرفي براي گفتن نداره ????

برخورد کارکنان افتضاح،فوق‌العاده گستاخ،غذاها فوق معمولی با قیمتهای فضایی، ۴۰۰ تومن سوشی فقط خیار و هویج داشت!????تنها نکته مثبت دکور و آهنگاشه که اونم باعث برگشت مشتری نمیشه. ????

کیفیت غذا و سرویس دهی به نسبت هزینه ای که دریافت میکنن بسیار متوسط هست. در واقع سالن بدون دود هم ندارن و در تمام سالن ها سیگار و قلیون سرو میشه! استفاده از کافه خیلی به صرفه تر و بهتر از رستوران هست!

با اینکه دو روز قبل رزو کرده بودیم تراس رو، ولی وقتی رفتیم گفتن باید اول داخل غذا بخورید تا بتونید برید داخل تراس و منو کافه رو استفاده کنید، واقعا متاسفم برای مدیریت.

دیزاین و منظره تراس عالیه ، حس خوبی تو تراس به آدم میده، کیفیت غذا خوب بود ولی عالی نبود و با قیمتهاش همخونی نداشت ، تا وقتی مبلغ رزرو VIP رو‌ندین هیچ جا و زمانی بهتون نمیدن!!

فضا و ویو فوق العاده عالی و دلنشین. غذاش هم من خیلی دوست داشتم عالی بود.میگو کریسپی ش خیلی خوبه.

Ordinary and salty. پیتزا واقعا معمولی حتی میشه گفت بی مزه -بیف بروکلی ک انقدر شور بود قابل خوردن نبود در کل واقعا جای معمولیه فقط ویو خوبی داره

کیفیت غذاها متوسط. شیشلیک طعم و بافت خیلی بدی داشت. چلو ماهیچه باشی زردآلو خوب بود. همه جا پر دود سیگار و قلیون . نمای خوب. قیمت به نسبت کیفیت خیلی بالا. در کل توصیه نمیشه

یه بار نشد یه قلیون لذت بخش اینجا بکشیم. چه کوفتیه آخر توی قلیون شما؟

قبلش رزرو کنید،برای رفتن به تراس باید تو سالن غذا سفارش بدید وگرنه نمی شه برای قلیون (که حدود ۲۰۰ تومان)برید!سرویس دهیشون خوبه. استیک عالی و گرون ۲۵۰ ،سالاد سزار خیلی معمولی!سوپ قارچ عالی.
