4th floor is great and love the renovation! Great design elements, feels very modern and clean . I travel to dallas on a regular basis for work and will head to Addison whenever I need a place to stay.

Always one my best lunches of the week when our Rotary Club meets on Tuesdays. Buffet is excellent, staff is outstanding! Choice of soup of the day or the chili ? 95% of the time it's the chili for me.

Great location in Addison. Beautiful place, very clean and comfy but the staff was the best. Friendly and seemed well-trained. Best chili and by far the best chicken piccata I've ever had!

Great place to stay. Warm and inviting atmosphere and comfortable renovated rooms . Was a bit rowdy due to the Dallas Cup . Soccer players of all ages everywhere.

Had a really good stay on the third floor—the lobby area was pretty noisy because of a gaming tournament, but my room was still dead quiet . Wifi could be spotty, but was good enough to get work done.

Grilled Salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus from room service was very good!

Kudos to the 4th floor if you want to relax and not have to deal with the loudness of the other floors. So I'd you want peace and quiet request the 4th floor .

Get the crab cakes , but make sure they have the red lettuce and tartar sauce with it. If not, its crap. But if so, wow! Awesome meal.

Ask the front desk to show you on the map exactly where your room is. It's pretty easy to get lost in this hotel .

This place is so-so. Good for a conference but there are no fridges in rooms or safes. Also the coldest hotel I've ever been too. The giant long + poorly labeled hallways are freezing. You'll be lost!

Regarding the pullout bed, I think Satan used the eternally damned souls of serial killers and people that abuse animals to create a torture device. That was a precursor to this bed.

If you are up early enough go to the breakfast ... It's not bad !!

Everyone is so right about the noise. Stay on 4th floor . It's like someone is purposely stomping upstairs. And my room smells like cat pee.

Won't allow you to use hdmi cable on TV and AMC is blocked. Not good since I'm here the weekend of the Breaking Bad finale. Not good at all.

Having a bad experience already have yet to start the night. Over charged for room, fees added without permission, and bed not correct size. 2 full instead of queen as listed online. Horrible.
