Very nice and renovated and clean , but old hotel in central location... nothing too special tho!!!

Great Hotel . The view of Shanghai from my 25th floor Room was amazing.

You'll have everything you need in this hotel . There's an indoor pool , various restaurants , several meeting rooms and four ballrooms .

Get the lavender pillow ! And dint forget to take glass elevator to 42nd floor! Skip the bar .

This is not a 5 Stars Hotel , bad facilities in rooms, small bed, no plug in. And the service is unkind, except the door boys, they were really nice. Not recommendable!

It is not so close to Xintiandi as it claims and the rooms are old. Only the lobby is nice.

Nice rooms but customer service leaves a lot to be desired and impossible to get my VPN on their wifi .

Check out is extremely slow, so plan in advance

They closed down the glass elevator due to "maintenance" and "bad weather."
