The service is very bad! The waitress is lazy brat and "blind". They dont even aware with the customers' order. Not smiling. And just know to chit chat. Makan gaji buta!

The slowest service I had ever experienced at PH from getting the menu, taking order and so forth. Irritated customers were seen from every corner. Limited no. of staff I heard.

Service slow like a turtle . Already finish my chicken soup , the garlic bread only serve. & the bread is cold. Slow slow slow. How to get the customer in satisfaction, if the service is like this.

Lepas mkn baru buka baca tips. Mmg ternyata slowest service . Xpatut amik 10% service charged. Makan dgn family, dah abis makan ada mknan yg lambat smpai. Paling sadis tggu aiskrim for desert 30min :(
