Excellent. Everything was excellent. I loved the steak . I loved the attention to details. I loved the waitress attitude (thank you elsa). I will definitely come back again on my next visit to tbilisi.

It is fancy restaurant and crews were professional serving nicely. I ate lamb with yought souce it was delicious together with white local wine . I advice for dessert danish tart with ice cream lovely.

the steak with nice choice of grilled vegetables was as it should be. spinach salad with bacon a nice and super tasty combination. nice staff and cozy interieur. i will come back :)

Everything here is fresh and really well made. The service is the best in Tbilisi. The arugula salad with mushrooms and the Josper set (with 1L of red wine included) are a great call for sharing.

What’s good? EVERYTHING! We’ve been coming here for the past few years every time we come to Tbilisi, and will keep coming. New lunch menu is a great addition to the already stellar menu.

We ordered T-bone steak , hamburger with aged cheese and and also wine . all were delicious. they must have the best meat and wine in Tbilisi. there is a nice surprise when paying the bill. great! ????????

we ordered sulguni cheese and josper set which includes wine . its tasty, it has good price/performence. Service lady and owner lady is realy kind and caring. The place that she recommend is fantastic.

If you want to eat something safely cooked please welcome - the kitchen is opened and you can see how your stake is made. Plus Josper-grilled menu and wine by the glass. Not bad.

This was the place of heaven. The beef tartar was so good i wanted to cry. Really! You have to try it !

Everything is excellent - I had the best carpaccio and white wine in my life. Meat, wine , desserts and starters were all perfect. The service is outstanding - all the waitresses were fluent in English

Georgian kitchen is one of the best - Organique Josper Bar is one of the best restaurant ! - The hot salad is excellent and the meat incredible! Nice to meat you ;-)

The steaks do not come with sides. Since the meat here is the star, I suggest replacing the extra cost (and small) side dishes for the amazing salads or appetizers .

What a place! Organic steaks cooked to perfection at their best. If you are meat lover, you must try this place.

Great steakhouse . Terrasses on both sides. Service is attentive and the tenderloin with mash was really nice. Save room for the Belgian waffle with ice cream . Recommended.

Our favorite restaurant in Tbilisi. We come 2-3 times per year and always make time for this place. Every steak is perfectly prepared and all the rest of the dishes we have had are wonderful as well .

Wonderful new place! We had Carpaccio and Chicken Broth for starters. Dorado (+ Grilled Vegs ) and Steak (+ Spinach ) as mains. Very tasty and served stylish with attention to detail.
