Very convenient location for this 4* hotel in the center of Venezia. The hotel is ok with a nice roof top . Rooms are clean and comfortable even though a bit small and some of them old fashioned.

Nice hotel , but very bad internet service. A hotel such as this should have free and fast wi-fi. Only provides 1 hour free (not so fast), and if you want/need more, you'll have to pay.
Don't forget to try the famous dish grilled sea bass at the restaurant . It's delicious.

6 €/day for using wi.-fi on your smartphone and 8 € for using your laptop. And be careful with the snacks in the room. 4 € a piece. And they charge even for the tea ! People at front desk not nice.

Get a TravelCard for unlimited daily water bus pass. At 16e it is quite pricey but better go around the place in the water bus then stop when you see something you like.

Food is great here.. Try the seafood spaghetti , hmmm n the tiramisu so yummy..
There are no gyms here. But the hotel has a taxi landing bay . Roof deck not ready yet.
