Enjoyed my stay was relaxing. Staff was very friendly . Pool was clean and deck was nice. I would recommend this place to a friend. May plan another trip soon and stay here again.

There is NO deposit in the down months & it is incredibly close to shopping the beach and good eats. I want to book it again for next year. This place is great def will be going back.

This was a return visit to the hotel . They had finished remodeling the lower level rooms, which they were working on the last time we were there. Nice outdoors pool/hot tub.

They have a quaint yard in the back, your own grill and a spot to fish from in the bay . Its cool if your out there with your kids and going to spend part of your day fishing and grilling!

LOVED IT! The clean rooms , the bathrooms , everything was perfect, the staff was very pleasant, very prompt , and of course the price was comparable to the locations in the area, Ya'll did Awesome :)

Great Hotel ! Everything was wonderful, I have stayed here before but the bed in this room was uncomfortable and made alot of noise that was my only complaint.

Was very quiet & nice to sit and watch the fish jump on the patio . Can't beat it for $90 in the middle of summer. I usually don't stay at these places. But I would stay here again.

After reading mixed reviews, I was uncertain, but we were pleasantly surprised how clean , tidy, & large our room was. It even had a wall-mounted flat screen tv . The front desk attendant was friendly .

Stayed here three days and two nights. The room was a king size bed with a bay view bottom floor. The room was nice and cold the bed was perfect. We even got to bar b cue n fish on the waters edge.

On a budget and wanted a nice stay on the island without emptying our wallet. Room 125 functional. Comfortable bed , clean sheets, towels, two TV 's. Beautiful view of cove/bayside condos .

We love the deck over the boat channel, and stay here every winter. The location near the birding center, beach and dunes, is very convenient. It is friendly and comfortable .

We all absolutely loved it AND the price was perfect. So we had alot of extra money to do all the fun stuff on the island as well . We go all the time. Plus the staff are exceptional as well .

Enjoyed the sunset from our room and the proximity to the beach & Clayton's. The parking area was well lite and the rooms were large enough to visit with friends. Will definitely be back!

Came to stay a couple of nights and loved the remodeling they did to the rooms and pool area . Also like that I could walk out my room and just start fishing right away with the private dock.

We went to spend Easter at the island . Did not want to drive home so I reserved a room foor us. More like a home we got the 2 bedroom condo it was awesome very clean bay view . Staff was friendly .

The location was as expected 2.5 blocks from the swimming beach . The lady at the front desk was nice and did a great job keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The hot tub looked and felt great

After spending time at the beach we checked in as a family. Its nice to be on the bay . The kids enjoyed the pool. we rested, watching movies together. Its simple, convenient, fun, easy on the wallet.

Hotel seems to have been updated recently. The room was nice and has comfy beds . There is a pool for the kids, and awesome fishing right of the back of the Hotel property

Had the balcony room facing the bay and it was very peaceful and calm to see. Being there with my girl friend it was very romantic .

We stayed for 2 nights some water leakage didn't really bother us. waking up to the view of the bay right out side my patio made it up. I would definitely stay here again
