Get the bowl with the uni only or uni and roe . SO GOOD! Uni is super fresh and sweet. Also, order the crate of uni and use that to add on to the rice bowl for a uni galore!

Careful as they do not accept customers for lunch after 1:45pm and for dinner after 8:45pm, come early, be prepared to wait! So much worth it though ????????

Amazing quality uni

ウニ は絶品。一人前のどんぶりだと量が多いと言う人でもSサイズがあるので残さず食べられます。写真 はお茶碗サイズのSサイズ。

ミョウバンを使っていないウニ の美味しさを知ったのはここの店。ウニ のほのかな苦み、あれがまったくなく、とにかく深い甘みが感じられるウニ 。値段はそこそこ高めだが、1回は食べてみる価値があるウニ を出してくれる。

何といっても名物の「スペシャル無添加生 うに丼 」がオススメ。生 ウニ の風味と甘みを楽しむには醤油 は控えめに。値段は跳ね上がりますが、ウニ の大盛り もできます。
