Very clean and trendy . Beach 5mins away. High Street 1min away. Indoor pool & gym . Free breakfast . Really have no complaints. Be reminded that you have to scan your card first to operate the lift.

The obscure doesn't do particularly great coffee so check out South Coast Roast on Richmond Hill instead. Otherwise there are stalls here at different times of the year to have a look at. - Ian Rathbone
