If you love super wide hallways, this place is awesome.

Walking into my room was like walking into the 70s. The decorations reminded me of generations passed. If you accept it for what it is, this hotel is great. Good location in Sofia and friendly staff .

Sheraton is no longer Sheraton, yet the Pliska lobby bar is a really enchanting place to have a glass of wine before the start of a Friday evening. 10/10

Amazing staff , great wi-fi. The rooms and corridors could do with a makeover, feels a little tired and dog eared, but a good choice for Sofia.

Very nice halls to decorate for a wedding. The walls and the ceiling are in neutral colors so any color the couple chooses for their wedding will fit!

Turn down service :) ask for a room with a view on the church . The public restrooms are like in a rail station ...

Try the Beef Burger - Served with French fries , fried egg , tomato sauce with onions , pickles , bacon , Cheddar cheese and cocktail sauce .Very big (450gr.) and very good

Very nice hotel , still you feel embarrassed to say to the local people that you stay here, I had the same feeling at hotel nacional de Cuba, if you know what I mean.

Nice hotel with great location...would be better if they provide complimentary bottled water in the room. Hot water is available on request.

the wireless connection is a nightmare!!!!! just payed 25 euros for a network that it goes on and off with almost no signal strenght. in conference rooms it works. in other places is back to stone age

Location is good, rooms are spacious enough. Air conditioners need fixing and no free parking
