Came here as one of the attractions with the tour group. This place is kind of smelly.. Didn't really enjoy this place as I feel bad for those bears .

平日の人がいない時に行ったのですが、スタッフ の人数が無駄に多い。何の仕事をしているのかと思えば談笑しているだけ。お土産 を買おうと思いレジに持って行ってもスタッフ は誰も反応せず仕方なく「すみませーん」と声をかけても完全にスルー。5度目の呼びかけでようやく反応。二度と行かない。
