229, first stop from the new Bugis +! Having flyers promotion. Smallest joint I've seen. Don't wear shorts . My ass is mapped.
They have plugs and free wifi (upon purchase) here, for anyone looking for a spot to do your work, it's pretty neat!

Most disgusting Popeye's I've ever been into: 1.Wooden floor is dirty 2. Crew are slacking 3. Eating area (2nd section) has piles of rubbish 4. People have to wash their hands next to big dumpster
Worse place ever to have a meal with a group. Went as a group of 6, and left disappointed without eating. Staff didn't bother attending to a big group either, only pairs or groups of 4. Terrible.
