Happy hour is only available at certain parts of the restaurant (not the main dining room) and is also quite underwhelming. The oysters for HH were bland and lukewarm

Ordered many small things, didn’t have a main, everything was great. Waiter told us to skip the tartares so we did. The second ceviche and the sardine toast are standouts. - peter kafka
