The potato lobster appetizer is worth the #epipen risk! Also go for the broccoli rabbe and the salmon . Yum. Plus DO have the cheesecake . I skipped the rabbit .
A bit homogenous in style and variety . The space is comforting, if not spare. Excellent wines and Medifare. Choose this hideaway for quick and simple. Not the impressive. Service is above average
Best lobster risotto , pumpkin martinis and lambchops. There is also a fish in parchment paper that is super delicious.
The wine list is lovely & while I didn't eat there...yet, I do recommend it for after work cocktails if you are in the area.
The pastries are excellent and the pastas get creative too, in preparations like spaghetti with bottarga (a cured fish roe ) and lasagna with mushrooms and truffle oil .
A wonderful menu and recently added cocktail list adds to the great atmosphere. Love Settepani!
Great restaurant . Been going here for years since it was a cafe . Niño and Lea are doing a great job. Everything is great.
Amazing atmosphere the manager was hilarious and my entire family had an amazing time
Try the salmon with pomegranate and ginger sauce a valentine delight
Best cheese cake in NY based on #STAC
Wonderful food and terrific service since the renovations. I adore the roasted chicken breast , asparagus and mashed potatoes , coupled with one of your wonderful wines -- Mmmmmmm! Kudos! Read more
Great chilled out happy hour ! $3 draft beers can't be beat.
Gnocchi all'ericina. Delightful and delicate almond pesto on potato gnocchi
I had the salmon entrée which was good. Their wine selection is fair . The decor is a bit dated and bland. Overall, pleasant experience.
If you are looking for a splurge night in Harlem, come here. Great menu, great spot for a date.
Lobster risotto , lamb chops , steak , bolognese , branzino
Great brunch spot , and the Sicilian specialties are awesome.
Salmon with ginger and pomegranate sauce
Lovely for brunch and good place for dining in groups.
Live jazz every Thursday and Sunday night !
Gazpacho and salads , great food
Happy hour : $3 beers , $6 wines , $8 cocktails
So nice, beautiful place, wonderful food, reasonable prices. Clean bathrooms , fabulous service..
Ask about private parties and catering !

The spaghetti with seafood is good.
Live jazz music is awesome
The restaurant has reopened!!!! Have the tuna carpaccio and the lamb ! The owners are great local Harlem folks.
Valentine special celebration
Debbie Majors sings my funny valentine
Sugar Hill strawberry cider and settepani sidecars
On my to-do list... strong coffee and an individual chocolate mousse cake ...yummy!
Great service! You have to try the lasagna .
Try pasta alla Norma and torta alla nonna.. Head-spinning !!! Bon appétit
taking a quick homework break with Peak Organic IPA , it has bitter notes, with a bit of a blue moon citris note.
$2 beer during happy hour , sit outside! So nice
Try the amazing spaghetti with the seafood like clams , etc. Delicious.
The hand cut pasta is fantastic
pretty restaurant , but the menu needs help. pumpkin ravioli was way to al dente , and not very hot when it arrived. risotto was subpar. seared tuna app was pretty good though. probably won't ever g
Probably some of the worst food I have ever had in Harlem. It was bland and tasteless. Not to mention, way to overpriced. I would NEVER go here again. I just learned a $40 lesson.
Oh man! George, you have to have the Blood Orange Panna Cotta !
Skiaki Sciuka
Great food but the specials are overpriced.
Nice place to grab a cappuccino & biscotti Read more
The Eggs Benedict is very good
Good food, but slow service. If picking up, call 35-40 minutes ahead.
Try the Setteburger
Absolutely horrible service. My water had bits floating in it, the waiter didn't know our drinks or what we'd ordered, our food took forever, then the waiter overcharged our credit card.
Great fresh Bakery and breakfast in Harlem USA
