The ribs are fantastic - meaty, smoked low and slow, and delicious. They don't need the sauce, but take some any way for some contrasting flavors.
Very good BBQ . brisket and mash potatoes were fantastic. Fries actually tasted like potatoes !
For sides, try the cucumbers and amazing BBQ beans . Macaroni and cheese not so much - too salty.
