I really enjoy the area where this Balzac is located. It has a nice enviroment, nice low music and the most delicious carrot cake I've ever had (saddly it is not everyday available).

Nice behaviours of workers but wrong understanding :/ They gave schaumy latte instead of cortado ..

Sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Ab und zu mal putzen würde auch nicht schaden. Vor allem die Toiletten . Dieser Laden ist Anfang der 90er stehen geblieben. Auch vom Angebot her.
