미슐랭 3스타라기엔 음식이 너무 노멀하고 스타일 올드함. 간도 달거나 시거나 짠맛이 강해 혀가 얼얼한 디쉬가 많음. 서비스도 다소 융통성 없고 코스 진행 너무 빨리 서빙하여 숨이 찰 정도. 하지만 스이모노와 밥 ,두종류 간장,참치는 아주 좋았음.
