The best view you can get near Ljubljana.

Great quick hike trip from Ljubljana. The view is better than the food and less expensive , but i would go for jota or even štruklji (if you like sweet meals).

A nice "city " hike--you can reach the top in about 30 mins or so. The #8 bus gets you close to the starting point. Don't forget to ring the bell for good luck on the way down!

Amazing place in the early morning. After 9am it becomes terribly crowded .

Perfect daily forest walk with beautiful view of Ljubljana from the top.

Go there in the evening to see Ljubljana by night. Charming and peacefully !

Nice mountain , 30 min steep walk, wear at least snickers , crowded at weekends.

Everything is perfect. Views , tea , people... 10 out of 10.

In the spring go for the dandillion salad otherwise have a jota and some plum brandy .
