Very nice hotel . Peaceful , friendly , and great breakfast . Serene porch that overlooks wetland. Can't beat it for the price.

Looking out over rice fields in #HoiAn before a day trip to #MySon temple . Rm 405, although boutique has a water pump noise every 40 seconds
DON'T TRUST TRIPADVISOR! OK place that touts itself as a boutique hotel but the two top deluxe rooms 405/6 both have a repeating water pump system concealed in the wall. Be warned; you won't sleep!
