I work as a manager at a McDs so I'm pretty sympathetic to slow service when I can tell that the crew is working hard, but when crew is wearing jeans and tennis shoes , I have a slight problem
The other tip about stuff being broken is correct. Another day another problem. This time it's the lemonade machine.
