For Iphone 4s issue with phone not receiving or making calls: Open phone dialer, enter ##873283#, hit "Dial", "Update Carrier Settings" OK, retry calling at least 3 times. Calling should restore.

When you schedule an appointment, make sure to be there a few mins early. They'll reschedule you for later if you're late.

One bad experience ruins all the good will especially if you are on travel and a thousand mikes away from home.
