Above Ground is the nicer lounge - more spacious and clean . The only thing Plaza Premium has going for it is that the runway is visible from the seating area.

Great place to relax if you are early to airport . The live counter if pretty good and staff members are very friendly .

Great for breakfast . Having to get a scratch card for wifi is annoying though. Remember to ask for one when you check in.

On 2nd floor they have day rooms which is pretty convenient when your flight arrives/departs in the middle of the night. Rooms are small and air filtering is bit noisy but still ok to get some sleep.

Decent lounge , food and comfort wise. Easy accessibility to gates. Sometimes the queue gets tough as attendants tend to be slow when professing.

Made to order egg dishes , pasta and pancakes . This new lounge is better than the old one. :-)

This lounge is much better than it's counterparts in BOM & DEL. However, there is surely lot of scope of improvement. They should ensure better coordination during peak hours.

Food selection is very limited and WiFi coverage is not good, but there are plenty of seats, power outlets and a friendly staff .

They must have a big issue on the air filtration or something is really bad: kitchen smell all around the place. The worst is to shower and that kitchen smell kills you.

Tardy service and average food. Need to introduce filter coffee . Malgudi cafe is far superior.

No staff available, internet is bad. Coffee machine doesn't work. Just the decor and space management is good.
