Found the staff here (esp the bellhops) really friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping solved issues within half an hour. We came in Feb — quite a lot of ppl even if it's off-peak season now.

Upgraded to family suite.. With 2 rooms + living, dining and pantry..From 2 x superior as no more connecting rooms available..big floor area incld spacious master room..

Nice vacation spot. Near to the beach and shops. A very large outdoor swimming pool with slides and waves. Phone reception may be an issue, but other than phone service, the service is excellent.

I was surprised to read such comments. We have enjoyed stay here very much. It is more than 3 star hotel and its price was so sweet. Also, a sand beach is very close to the hotel .

Super huge room with lotsa space. Weird that the bed was like 3ft high. Careful with toilets , ours had roaches. They're in the midst of refurbishing though. Pool was great with the slide ^_^

This place is recommended for kids, with the various child-friendly pools. Adults may not enjoy the lack of proper plumbing or bedside plug points. Beach to the left of the hotel 's main entrance.

Super deluxe twin is rather OK, nice beds and good room size. Bathroom needs refurbishment. Housekeeping needs to take some serious cleaning lessons. Breakfast rather bad if you're from Europe. Pool +

The room is Ok for us as our room just replace with new bed. Only thing is our floor need to take stair case. No lift to our floor. Location is good. For family vacation is good choice

A decent hotel . With basic amenities . Despite the bad review on housekeeping and breakfast , the pool is really nice. No complaints about that. The kids enjoy the pool. Adults too. Housekeeping is okay

It has the longest river-pool in Malaysia, water-pressure in bathroom is strong, bed is comfy , aircond+toilet is working fine. breakfast not that bad, FYI all guest did empty their plates.

If the staffs attitudes reflects the attitude of the company they work for... Then, the answer is"Very Poorly".

This is by far the worst hôtel I have ever been to. The bathroom isn't clean and there is a weird stench in the room. And there's nothing around the hotel to be done. Simply annoyed and depressed !

This is the shittiest hotel ever! The workers there are bloody incompetent! They can freaking laugh in the background while asking for ur details!

Terrible service over here. They kept us waiting for hours to give us the keys to our rooms. They're particular when it comes to check in time and payment, but they do not live up to our expectations.

Very very noisy hotel . Walls are like made of paper and due to the pool, there's a lot of annoying kids running and yelling around. If you're not one of them, avoid this!

Eventhough it'll going to reprogressive to upgraded quality but Room rates still remains main factor of people staying here

Told me to check in at 2pm made me wait an hour & a half! Breakfast place had 2 cockroach in a time span of 5 mins! Room and bed sheets stank & filled with Mosquitos!

Apparently the housekeepers have not been doing their jobs n the managemenr is not monitoring n supervising.

Room like shit, dirty room and toilet door broke then the door handle can take out if pull too hard, breakfast almost good but room not nice. Service not very nice

Ask for towels took us 1 hour!

And when they hv given me my payment confirmation no., they called me 2 days later @ 9am saying I haven't paid when my trip was a day later!
