Sashimi is good. Yaki shime saba is one of the best in Town . Try the Chawan Mushi , and then try the same menu on the other restaurant , then youll see, no one is getting it right but here!

All the fish is very fresh. The owner takes pride in the dresses ingredients. We especially enjoy most all of the rolls, sushi and chawanmushi

Order anything. Haven't found its flaw so far. I've tried sushi , soba , yakiniku , curry , katsu , chawan mushi , fried agedashi tofu , miso soup and they are all faultless.

Our fave sushi for today's choice is the salmon roll with mayo on top ????????... so yummy! And the size of the sushi is quite big ????

Volcano sushi is the best sushi here! Much better than volcano in takigawa. Oh and the crunchy roll is also nice! :)

For those picky sashimi customers, you can actually ask whether their salmon stock is fresh or not. They will even notify regulars beforehand should they only have frozen ones.
