Great appliance store. Be sure to monitor the prices and ask for a refund when the other big box retailers have sales. They returned 20% on all the kitchen items over a 2 month period.

Really massive. Salespeople not super knowledgeable but willing to help. On weekends it is basically a car magnet and attracts every car within a 25-mile radius.

The stuff looks good in the store, but it is lower quality than Ikea...about the level of Walmart. They don't accept returns. Customer service laughed when they declined my return 2 days after buying.

Don't go here Turned off auto pay without telling me, charged late fee, reported me to credit bureau. Got the year with no interest on a refrigerator but found out didn't apply to the one I bought.

Absolute worst customer service - they lie and are dismissive and rude. DO NOT buy the warranty because they will tell you it will cover EVERYTHING (tears, spills) but it only covers manuf. issues.
