Since they've grown stingy with their teeny-tiny salsa cups... when the chips come, dump them on a napkin and use that paper bowl as a messy salsa cup. Or else fill about 15 of those baby salsa cups.

The food here is average, it's actually pretty flavorless and oily. I'm quite surprised it's rates well . Reasonable, but pretty bad.
