Good serving and their Rojak has squid in it and a small amount of lotus flower in it. Love their fresh pineapple and also their peanut . Must try and the down side is u will need to Q at least 10min
Their rojak mix here is predominantly yutiao (fried dough fritter ), followed by cucumber slices . Even lesser turnip & pineapple slices. Minimal squid bits & kang kong
Always ask for less sugar is the right choice. I go for no adding of sugar . Ingredients are fresh and even has cutterfish is their specialty to me.
Very generous with peanut and sweet sauce . You can ask for ‘siew dai’ (less sugar ) though it doesn’t make much difference ????
Large size ($6.50) is big enough to supplement 3-5 adults, if u each have your own meals already
They use a lot of Yu Tiao (fried dough fritters ) & ground peanuts . They are in bags all over the stall. Yutiaos are reheated before serving ????
Rojak preparation is very sweet ???? Let them know early if u need sugar levels reduced
No authentic rojak stall will be caught without using this fragrant ingredient: ginger flower!
Minimum 20mins wait in snaking q, depending on the time you arrive but once your order is in front of you, it so worth the wait. Yumm!
This is it! I waited 20 mins to queue for this famous Rojas! Tasty! Lots of peanuts ! But sugar too coarse.....
Generous serving - though it would be a more pleasant experience if the lady smiles more when taking orders. She does thank you when handing you your dish,
When the queue zig zags its way to the escalator and threatens to block the passageway ... Prepare for a half hour wait ... Give or take how many multiple dabao orders are in front of you ...
My favourite chinese rojak in Singapore.. Should franchise it in Surabaya, just in case I'll miss it later :p
They received a lot of coverage in their hey-days
Long queue but worth the wait. Ask for less sugar , it's good for ur health ????
Above average rojak and Very generous serving . No wonder the long queue.
The you tiao is super crispy which adds to the enjoyment of this wonderful snack !
The rojak were pretty tasty, generous portion and with the peanuts . Sweet enough for me.
The you tiao is no longer crispy , the taste also not as good, they are losing it ...
Super long queue, but the generous serving of peanuts , sauce & you tiao is worth it!
If you don't have 45min to queue up, give up now. You don't miss much actually.
Yummy rojak with crispy Yu Tiao !
The boss is very generous on the portion.. You tiao, sauce & peanut portion is a lot!! Thumbs up!!
Oh ya, grab a spoon too. U will definately wanna finish the sauce with peanuts :D
So fragrance while queuing
Be prepared with your smartphone to read while qeueing
Its open even on weekends now! Queue b4 u find a seat :p
Enjoy Q'ing:) but it's worth the Q:)
Must try if u are at Toa Payoh interchange, but be ready to Q up
Hoover is better period
If it is too sweet for you, ask for less sugar the next time.
