Really nice, clean hotel . Free wifi for guests. Located right next to the XL center and has free parking .
First time back at the hotel since the $100 million renovation, I have to say I'm impressed. Can't comment on the rooms, but the lobby and surrounding areas are 10x better than what they used to be.
Get to know the front desk staff . They are friendly and will help you out with anything you need. Fantastic!
Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The city street noise makes it into your room no matter how high up you are in the building.
Great place! Trumbull Kitchen south of here is awesome place to eat & drink.
Ask Donna to make you a kick-ass. Best drink in Hartford
Check out Donna at the bar . She’s the best!!
Room overlooked the highway . Windows not sound proof and hotel did not have earplugs . Too noisy to sleep. Mix feelings over the hotel , lobby was nice, but everything else left a lot to be desired.
Front desk people are awesome. Get to know them if you will be here for a lengthy period of time
Front desk staff is wonderful however the concierge should be fired and hire someone else that actually knows customer service
I'd you just pay for parking by putting your ticket in the machine its way cheaper than paying for overnight parking on your hotel bill
Nice hotel in downtown Hartford.
Wow. Front desk staff is AMAZEBALLS.
Afternoon checkin staff is possibly the worst I’ve ever dealt with my travels. Bellman rude, both front desk workers so unpleasant I will never stay at this hotel again, poorly spent $100M renovation.
The fire alarm keeps going off! Happened twice during my stay.
The most friendliest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel !
Best staff in hotel I ever visited.
This place forces you to slow down a little, which isn't a bad thing.
Front desk staff is some of the friendliest around
Awesome place! I think we broke the mattress!
Small rooms. Right next to highway and motorcycle/truck noise.
Rooms have bad acoustics . We could hear people talking in the room above us and in the hallway.
Not very impressed with their lounge after staying at the Sheraton in Rocky Hill .
Staff is AWESOME
Nice babe (AMG), LOL!!!
Tall joint at the front desk is righhttt!
They charge $18 a night for parking . "Double" beds are small
Gross hotel ! Tiny room and all I hear is highway traffic. No feather free pillows and broken gym equipment... :(
Cold showers . Nuff said.
No shampoo, no Internet, no fridge , $18 parking . Hartford sucks enough, why give ppl even more incentive never to come back.
Room service breakfast was cold. And check your bill they tried to overcharge me for my room
Room is ok but menu is the worst

My bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. Hotel was clean, new and modern. Staff very friendly and from all over the world, Jamaica, Poland, Russia. Very nice stay. - Tom Pistone
The rooms here are awesome. Also, Free breakfast. Hard to come by near the convention center! - Michael Sales
Close enough to downtown to walk in the summer, not the winter. - Nadine Pasterczyk
