Try the beef katsudon . They provide unlimited "cabbage salad with some dressing " (I'm not sure how it's called) before they serve your order - free of charge. The place is not that big. Service is ok.

Oolong Tea is bad and the people here keep shouting yet the place is cozy and the staff are great!

Is it a normal gesture for the Japanese to shout ? because they will greet their avid Japanese guests with a shout . It's kind of inappropriate for us not familiar with the culture.
