Great cookies at checkin (more if you ask). Rooms are clean and quiet . The breakfast buffet is okay, the cheerful morning staff make up for it. A whole pot of coffee at your table is a nice touch.
The Executive Lounge has free soft drinks throughout the day. Enjoy!
Warning - we can't reserve a room in person here on a Saturday - parked our car, they have availability, cannot make a room key on Saturdays ... I don't know what all that means, but I had to move on
The rooms are clean . Breakfast is eh. If you need to contact the front desk or room service by phone good luck getting an answer. I had to walk downstairs to place a room service order and rude
The Cobb salad at the bar / restaurant isn't too shabby!
Watch out for Airline Crews who steal your shuttle bus from TUL. Taxi ride costs $30. Last shuttle departs TUL around 11:30pm.
Called front desk for towels 2hrs later I'm still waiting..unbelievable!

This was not my best stay. When I go to Double Tree I have high expectations.
Bad experience at the restaurant and lackadaisical attitude from staff . There is an in-house rodent. Where there is one, there are usually more.
This place was overpriced for what we got. Slow elevators (one even got stuck), no refrigerator or microwave, only 2 towels in the bathroom . Not impressed at all for the price.
Don't use the HHonors connection for Internet ...
Not the best cust service. I called to front desk for trash pick up and extra towels . Three phone calls and hour later...STILL no towels . Bad!
No Wi-Fi in the lower levels & horrible cell service throughout the hotel .
