Best tofu pho in town . Not only is the broth killer!!!!!!!! But the way they do the tofu ! Perfect texture! Not to chewy or dry or soft! Perfection
The fried rolls are the best I've had at a pho place yet! They make it almost like a lumpia (Filipino style egg roll ). It's so bomb here at pho 38th!!
#40 always tastes good and they give plenty of beef if you're a fan of extra beef .
