Chicken in a clay pot is the go to. This is a diamond in the ruff on the Springfield resturant scene.
They have a vegetarian section of the menu that is vegan friendly ! Delicious veggie appetizers , two huge soups , and six or seven entrees. It's a bit salty, but very flavorful.

Not the best Pho ever but really good. Lemon mousse dessert is nice. Miss Saigon in Amherst is way better.
Try the shaking beef or the sizzling catfish--wonderful place to eat authentic vietnamese food ! I've never been dissapointed!
